Topps Tiles rescues CTD Tiles out of administration

Topps Tiles has rescued CTD out of administration for £9 million. The acquisition will mean Topps Tiles now has all the suppliers brands under its name: CTD Tiles, CTD Trade and CTD Architectural Tiles. The takeover also means Topps Tiles acquires 30 of CTD’s retail stores.
However, the acquisition does not include 56 CTD Tiles stores, which administrators confirmed will be closed permanently as part of the administration process.
