Victorian Plumbing shuts down Victoria Plum three months after acquisition

Bathroom specialist Victorian Plumbing is shutting down Victoria Plum, the online rival retailer it bought in May for £22.5 million.
Victoria Plum entered administration nearly a year ago and was first acquired in a pre-pack deal by AHK Designs, a subsidiary of the company that owns Beds.co.uk and Cox & Cox. It was subsequently purchased by Victorian Plumbing, which projected the business to "broadly break even in the second half of 2024."
