For the first six months of 2024, Puma saw sales decline by 2.1% year-on-year to €4.2 billion. Net income decreased by 25% year-on-year to $129.3 million, while EBIT fell 5.1% year-on-year to $276.2 million, which Puma attributed mainly to negative currency effects on sales. Puma stated that both net income and EBIT are in line with its expectations and believes that results will improve in the second half of the year and the fourth quarter.

Puma has narrowed its outlook for the full year for EBIT to range between €620 million to €670 million, while its previous outlook ranged up to €700 million.
