Alcampo is upgrading its chatbot, Iker, using generative AI, enabling it to answer "complex questions in several languages." The chatbot also offers more precise information than the original version and is prepared to expand information and provide relevant links when necessary. Iker is presented as a 3D avatar on the retailer’s website.
