Meta has expressed interest in partnering with Essilor Luxottica. However, the eyewear giant is not planning a capital release for Meta. The two companies have been collaborating on intelligent glasses for several years and now wish to integrate even more AI into their products. The news comes as Essilor Luxottica reported sales growth of 5% to €13.3 billion at constant exchange rates in its first half.
