Getir faces major restructuring amid valuation decline

Getir is in talks with its leading investors to explore its options, which might encompass a breakup of the rapid delivery conglomerate, exit from several of its current markets or implementation of an emergency restructuring mechanism. Any form of insolvency was reportedly not under consideration. Restructuring firm AlixPartners was reportedly advising on the situation at Getir.
