Holland & Barrett is raising salaries for its store workers by 9% from £11 to £12, almost 5% higher than the new National Living Wage from 1 April. New rates of £13, up from £11.95, will be introduced for its London-based staff.
The pay boost follows Holland & Barrett’s growth over the last year, as it seeks to attract new staff and retain workers.
