Kiabi is testing new services in Belgium, with its Anderlecht (Brussels) store the first one with a workshop for customisation and repairs. Customers can repair their clothes in-store, giving them a personal touch with “embroidery, printing or patchwork”. They can also easily repair their clothes themselves in the in-store ateliers.

The customisation service is also available on Kiabi’s website. There are also plans to roll out the service to all of its physical stores in Belgium if the trial proves successful.
