John Lewis unveils virtual personal shopping service

John Lewis is introducing a virtual personal shopping service using Zoom, enabling customers to be shown around departments on video by an in-store adviser.
Initially available at the department store group’s Southampton and London’s Peter Jones stores, the service is designed to win back customers still not confident of going into stores because of the COVID-19 crisis.
