Following a successful pilot project in several stores, Dutch retailer Albert Heijn is rolling out salad bars in its stores. The salad assortment will offer customers the option to choose from six mixed salads, four toppings and two dressings.
The salad assortment will be rotated every four weeks according to seasonal ingredients.
