Jumbo has terminated its collaboration with the anti-waste app ‘Too Good To Go’ in order to develop its own anti-waste initiatives in store. The retailer means to install its own outlets for customers to buy fresh products that are sold on its due date for a discounted price.
The retailer trialled such an initiative last year and after a successful trial, Jumbo will now roll it out to more stores nationwide.
