Quick-commerce company Gorillas has sold its Danish activities to investment group Spin&Co. The Gorillas name will continue to exist in Denmark under the new agreement.
The deal comes on the back of Gorillas pulling the plug on its Belgium activities and temporarily shutting down operations in Spain and Italy and abandoning expansion into Switzerland.
