John Lewis invests in home departments with new ad campaign and customer magazine

Department store group John Lewis is launching a new media campaign and magazine to strengthen its home department credentials. The TV, digital and social media campaign will focus on showcasing the retailer’s home department range and the new customer magazine At Home will offer tips and advice to inspire customers decorating or redesigning their home.

The new quarterly customer magazine, which will be available in John Lewis and Waitrose stores as well as on the department store’s website, will include a regular column by former Elle Decoration editor Michelle Ogundehin.
