Fortnum & Mason has launched a new coffee-to-go service at its flagship on London’s Piccadilly. The concession, open seven days a week, offers a selection of teas, along with hot and iced coffees made using Fortnum’s Piccadilly blend. Hot chocolate, pastries, and soft serve ice cream will also be available. This move is part of the strategy to expand Fortnum’s appeal, as it has traditionally heavily relied on gifting, major public events, and tourists.
