Definition

This is the first Report in Brazil that will talk specifically about ingredients and formats of skincare Brazilian consumers want. It includes facial and body care.

The consumer section includes the following products:

  • Body moisturizer

  • Facial sun care products

  • Facial moisturizer

  • Body sun care products

  • Hand/foot products

  • Facial cleanser

  • Facial exfoliator/scrub

  • Body oils

  • Body exfoliator/scrub

  • Facial mask/peel

  • Products designed for specific areas of the body (eg arms, abdomen)

The survey carried out for this Report was conducted by Lightspeed/Mintel with 1,500 internet users aged 16+ in July 2019 (see Methodology). Detailed demographics are in the Databook.
